Why go SIM only?
A SIM only plan gives you calls, texts and data without paying off a handset. If your phone is paid for, or you would rather buy one outright, SIM only is usually the cheapest way to stay connected. Your plan price covers your allowance and nothing else.

What is a SIM only deal?
A SIM only deal gives you minutes, texts and data on a SIM card or eSIM, without a phone. You keep the handset you already own, so you only pay for your allowance. That is why SIM only is usually much cheaper than a phone contract.
Which network does POP Mobile use?
All POP Mobile plans run on the O2 network. You get O2 coverage, and you deal with POP Mobile for your plan, bills and support.
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone to get your Porting Authorisation Code, then enter it when you order. We move your number across, usually by the next working day, and your old service works until then.
Is there a minimum term?
30-day plans have no minimum term: you can leave with 30 days' notice and no exit fee. 12 and 24-month plans have a minimum term in exchange for a lower monthly price. If you leave early, the monthly charges left in the term become payable. After the minimum term, plans run month to month.
Will my price go up?
Each April, monthly prices on our plans rise by a fixed amount in pounds and pence, shown with every plan before you order. There are no percentage-based rises, so you know the figure in advance.
What is the spend cap?
You choose a monthly spend cap when you order and can change it at any time. A £0 cap blocks all out-of-plan charges, so your bill never goes over your plan price. Your allowances, incoming calls and 999 always keep working.
